Pray for Ukraine

Dear friends, as many of you already know, we have an unstable situation in Ukraine right now. Our president and others have been stealing from our country for a long time. Many mines, buisnesses and production plants that used to belong to the country, now belong to the president’s family.
People have extremely low incomes, and many do not have jobs at all. Our police departments are the primary drug dealers, corruption is everywhere, and all levels of power expect bribes from people…
Recently, it was decided to become a part or the European Union. There was a ray of hope for a better life. But at the last moment, our president changed his mind and did not sign the agreement. That is when a lot of people came out peacefully to show their disagreement with this decision. But, in the middle of the night, the police used force to make people stop the peaceful meeting. They brutally beat many people. After that, over 1.5 million Ukrainians came out to show their revolt against the brutality, corruption and president’s lies. I don’t know what is God’s will for our country… European Union or not… but I clearly know that I want better life for Ukraine. Life without bloodshed and corruption. I want to see truthful, God-fearing leaders who respect the Constitution and God’s laws.
Please pray for Ukraine, and for our church. We want to be the salt of this earth. We want to benefit our country. Our goal is to show people on the Independence Square and all over Ukraine that our only true hope is in God. He is the only One who can bring the true change to our motherland.
Sincerely,

P.S. The night of December 11th, around 10,000 military were sent to Maidan Independence square to brutally disperse the crowd. The whole world watched and judged it. A lot of my friends were there praying all night. If you are interested, you can watch the video of recent happenings here:

Attached are pictures from the Maidan Independence Square. I was there as well recently.
